Right now Unstitched Utilities offers online and phone ordering only. Keep in mind that availability and price may vary between each item.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for purchases. When entering your credit card information, please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your card.
After an order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Since all our shipments are sent via UPS, Fed Ex, or the USPS you can find out the status of your order by going to their sites respectively.

Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges
All US orders take 1-2 business days to process (excluding holidays). We typically ship orders through FedEx (UPS in some exceptions) and offer three types of shipping options:
Shipping in the US is Free! : FedEx Home packages will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Call 1-732-390-5800 for quote.
UPS Next Day Air: Call 1-732-390-5800 for quote.
International shipping may take up to 14 business days for delivery. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
If you are not completely satisfied with your unworn purchase, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. We cannot be responsible for misdirected or lost shipments.
Credit will appear on your credit card statement in up to two billing cycles.
To exchange for a different size or color, please return in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of goods along with original packing slip. Please indicate size change or color change for the replacement item. If replacement item cannot be provided we will credit your account in full. Credit will appear on your credit card statement in up to two billing cycles.
We will try to accommodate every request in a timely manner if your order has not already shipped. Please contact our Customer Service Department via email for all requests.
